Rental Special Conditions

RENTAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to rentals booked through the website www.carsandbikesrent.it, the
Cars&bikes call center, as well as to rentals made with no previous booking. Some conditions may
change in case of booking made through an intermediary or for corporate agreements: in such case,
the contracted conditions will prevail.
The following costs and rates include VAT 22%

SERVICES AND ACCESSORIES
-Home delivery and collection €50,00 each
-Additional driver €20,00 per rent
-Change of invoice header following issue €40,00
-Navigation system €40,00 per rent
-Child seat €40,00 per rent
-Refuelling service €25,00 + missing fuel
-Young driver fee 19/24 years old €50,00 per rent
-One way trip to the airport or harbour €50,00 + rent fee
-Processing fines fee €40,00 per dossier

EXCESS REDUCTION/ELIMINATIONS SERVICES
the excess elimination fee (Full Kasko) is:
-groups B,C,K,D €30,00 per day
-groups E,F,H,L,J,M,O,P,Q,R €40,00 per day

EXCESS AMOUNT IN CASE OF DAMAGE AND THEFT
-groups B,C,K,D €1500,00
-groups E,F,H,L,J,M,O,P,Q,R €2000,00

AGE REQUIREMENTS
-groups B,C,D,K,E at least one year of driver licence possession
-groups E,F,H,L,J,M,O,P,Q,R at least 23 years old and at least one year of driver licence possession

PENALTIES
-Accident management / theft / roadside assistance (per dossier) €70,00 per dossier
-Damaged / lost reflective jacket €10,00
-Damaged / lost child seat €100,00
-Damaged / lost snow chains €100,00
-Damaged / lost anti-abandonment device €35,00
-Damaged / lost key and / or additional vehicle locks €250,00
-Damaged / lost satellite navigator Max €550,00
-Damaged / lost vehicle license plate €300,00
-Penalty pursuant to art. 7 General Rental Conditions (per dossier) €40,00
-Return of commercial vehicle to a not allowed location or out of Italy €1.500,00
-Loss of vehicle document €150,00
